If you run into a problem while using D-Day Keep or would like to suggest a new feature, please let us know in one of the ways below. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.
When you report a bug, including the following information helps a great deal.
Requests submitted from the in-app menu automatically include the app version, OS, and device model.
Long-press an empty area of the home screen, then choose "D-Day Keep" from the widget list. Long-press the widget to change which D-Day it shows.
When you add or edit a D-Day, the "Count today as Day 1" option determines whether today is treated as D-Day or as Day 1. Please check the option on that D-Day's edit screen.
Please check that notification permission for D-Day Keep is turned on in your device settings. On Android, excluding the app from battery optimization (power saving) makes scheduled notifications arrive more reliably. You can change the notification time in the app under Settings → Notifications.
If you use the app without signing in, your data is stored only on the device, so it cannot be recovered if you delete the app or change devices. If you sign in with a Google, Apple, or Kakao account, your D-Days are synchronized to the server and restored when you sign in with the same account on a new device.
Yes, this is available. In the app, go to Settings → Support & Remove Ads to remove ads permanently with a one-time purchase. If you reinstall the app or change devices, choose Restore purchases on the same screen with the same store account you used to pay, and it will be applied again.
You can delete them yourself in the app under Settings → "Signed in with …" in the Account section → Danger Zone → Delete Account (where "…" is the sign-in method you used: Kakao, Google, or Apple). For the detailed procedure and what is deleted or retained, please see Account and Data Deletion.
